Naime Limani joined the Seraina Investment Foundation in March 2018 as Executive Assistant to CEO. Over time, she also assumed responsibility for Investor Relations and Marketing. From March 2020, she built up the Asset Management division and managed a portfolio of various existing properties as well as interim uses in the residential market and the use and conversion of larger sites such as the Isola site in Breitenbach and Aeschenplatz in Basel.

Naime Limani took over the position of Property Sales and Lease Manager in January 2025 and is thus starting a new challenge in which she is once again supporting the development of another department. Previously, she was an Executive Assistant at the Boston Consulting Group Switzerland and a Partner and Team Assistant at Ernst & Young. Naime Limani holds a degree in business administration (HF), a degree in economics (VSK) and is a real estate management specialist (SVIT).

René Frauenknecht has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Among other things, he was Managing Director of the Lucerne and Zug branches of Intercity AG and Wüst und Wüst AG. Over the past seven years, he built up the Sale and Lease division at Steiner AG and managed the sales and leasing team for the numerous development projects. René Frauenknecht studied business administration at the Kaderschule Zürich, completed the MAS in Real Estate Management at the University of Zurich and is a federally certified real estate trustee.

Lorène Retailleau has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, including brokerage, management and leasing. Over the past ten years, she has specialized in real estate development and marketing of new construction projects in French-speaking Switzerland, where she has acquired in-depth knowledge of the local market and its particularities.

It supports real estate projects from conception to market launch and ensures efficient coordination and a suitable marketing strategy.

She completed her training as a federally certified real estate developer at SVIT and thus deepened her expertise in the development and enhancement of real estate projects. She joined Seraina Invest AG at the beginning of 2025, where she puts her experience and strategic vision at the service of projects.

Stefan Brogli has extensive experience in real estate marketing and development. Before joining Seraina Invest, he worked as a real estate marketer at Liegenschaften Stadt Zürich and Wincasa. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience in project development and marketing, deepening his expertise at the interface of market knowledge and strategic thinking. He completed his training as a real estate marketer and additionally specialized with the CAS Digital Real Estate. As a result, he actively supports and shapes digital developments in the sector.

Linda Salzmann has approximately 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in the marketing of residential development projects as well as the acquisition and execution of sales mandates in the residential and investment sectors. She has held various positions at well-known large corporations, including Swiss Life AG.
Her core expertise lies in the strategic and operational marketing of high-end new construction projects. She guides real estate projects throughout the entire development process with a market- and user-oriented perspective and leads projects from the concept phase through to successful market launch. In doing so, she is responsible for clear positioning and the structured management of all sales and marketing activities.
Linda Salzmann holds federal professional certifications as a real estate appraiser and real estate marketer.
